I want new bass drum pedals. I kind of what some Trick’s. I want lonboards, but not Axis. I have a Pearl Eliminator, which I like, but it’s not a longboard. And, the Demon Drive’s aren’t longboards either. I would still like to have the option of having a double pedal, so maybe Trick’s. So expensive though. Anyone have them? No.

I don’t know, maybe Axis. They look pretty badass to me. Made in America, good customer service. I think Axis is in touch with how drumming styles are changing and I think they are making pedals to suit these styles, which no other companies (especially dw) are doing. Or, doing as well. $600 isn’t cheap either, but it’s better than $760.
Demon drives are longboards, just have to switch the hinge on the pedal. That’s one of the biggest selling points of the pedal, other than direct drive and zero latency.
Axis lonboards still have about 1/2″ to 1″ on a Demon Drive. I don’t see Demon Drives as true longboards, in comparison to Trick or Axis.
